Howdy! My name is JJ Marroquin and I direct Gacela o León (GoL), a Guatemala-based production house delivering visual content for international brands like Cerveza Gallo and Red Bull.

With a FIFA Master and a background in Journalism/TV Production and Film Studies, I combine creative expertise in directing, photography, and communications with strategic acumen acquired after 25 years in the business.

GoL's work encompasses action, portrait, and commercial photography, as well as commercial and industrial video production, with a global reach.

In addition to my production work, I share my expertise as an instructor of photography and media technology at efe Escuela de Fotografía and previously taught at Universidad del Istmo.
